Girls Pink & Black Snow Boots

VGUC Cute, pink and black snow boots with quilted fabric upper with drawstring, and rubber foot. Boots have soft gray sherpa lining for warmth, and reflective patches on front and back ankle area. There are some stains on pink part of both boots at top. I couldn't find a makers tag, boots are marked size 25 on bottom. Size 25 is a US 8.5 on kids shoe size chart, outsoles measure 7 1/4 just in case. Please see all photos. 00100A-7
