High-rise Rockstar Jeggings from the kids’ section. Perfect light wash, frayed ends, and distressed knees. Stretchy and cute! FLAT waist measurement: approx. 11.5 inches I am 5 ft., 114 lb., 32B. These fit great on my bum, but I’d prefer a bit more wiggle room at the waist. They fit me perfectly a few pounds ago! There are no noticeable flaws. These are meant for kids. They’re great for petite women as well.
