She will be seen!! Pipperdoodles by Pipsqueak Boutique. Neon pink with neon green, orange and yellow bows on. Velcro fastening for easy on/off. Tagged size 34 but I say they're size 13. Some small creasing on the toes but not super noticeable when wearing - see pics. A mark on the rubber part of outer right shoe - see pic. Still lots of wear left!
