🌺 Girls Midi Ruffled Blue Skirt 🌺

This is another skirt I wore as a child. The stain in the last picture is on the inside of the skirt, out of view, but I wanted to make sure it was pictured. Can’t tell from the outside. Could be worn by a woman. The waist is a little stretchy and measure 20/21 ish inches. The length of the skirt 22 inches.
