Girls Hi Low Twirling Dress

Such a fun dress with a hi-low skirt with extra layer underneath...perfect for twirling. This is a burnt orange shirt sleeve top with a neutral toned striped detail. GUC with a few flaws on the skirt. A few pulls in the thread on the back of the skirt. A few dots on the front, easily missed and have not been treated so may come out.
