Girls Fuchsia Cheongsam or Qipao Dress

This dark pink Cheongsam or Qipao has gold embroidery. It was purchased in China. Its tag says it's a size 8, but it fits more like a size 4. It is slim fitting and does not stretch. Worn once, in good condition, but there is one small snag, see photo.
