This special party dress was only worn twice, by 11 year old me at two different weddings. We’re talking early 90’s with this one! 🖤 The bodice is a soft black velvet with a slight scooped back, puffy sleeves and a zipper at the back. The black/cream/gold plaid print of the skirt is lined with black tulle, giving the dress a fun festive fullness. This is a size 14 but I was 11 when I wore it.
