This beautiful, handmade dress was worn once for a photo shoot. It's in excellent, like new, condition. The bottom is many layers of tulle, so it will need to be straightened out from being shipped. It's hand made. This will fit several different sizes because the straps are adjustable. The top is stretchy and measures from 8-14" wide. From the top strap to bottom of the dress is 36" long, but again, it will stretch to around 40" with the adjustable straps.
