Girls Cape Poncho by Million Polkadots

Soft, sweet, and a little edgy! Black and ivory Poncho for little girls size 2/3 years old. In EUC, only worn once as seen in pic on a holiday. Adorable ruffles on one side and a pretty fabric flower on the other. I paired it with Ralph Lauren red and black plaid tights and black patent leather Mary Janes and she was rocking out.
