Girls Bright Neon Lace Dress

This sweet dress is so bright with a neon green underlay, turquoise lace & a hot pink rose embellishment. The tag says it's a 5T, but I feel it looks more like a 3T. Only worn briefly once for a photo shoot. From clean and smoke free home. Always a tiny happy 🎁 included with purchases from my closet. Thank you!!! 💕
