Girls 3T Toddler Dress/Tunic/Shirt I really don't know if this was supposed to be a dress or a shirt or a tunic. My girls loved it but they grew too fast. I used it as a tunic semi dress with black leggings. My shorter twin daughter it was more of a dress and my taller one wore it more like a tunic but they both wore with black leggings. Super cute!
