This is a Brownie Vest, approximate size medium, measures 20 inches top to bottom (length), has patches as seen attached but the troop region numbers can be removed and replaced. All the other standard pins are included. One small little hole as pictured from the troop number but this will be covered with another troop number. No other holes or stains. Smoke free home.
