Hi, could you measure the bottom of one shoe from heel to toe? I just bought a pair of this brand in a size 11 and they are at least a whole size smaller than my granddaughter's other size 11's and are too small. They could be mis-marked because she is just now going into an 11. So I want to double check the actual size/length of the shoes before I buy any more. Thanks so much!!!
