They told me they are NEW but I value my customers and inspected the shoes myself. I saw some wear on the bottom of the shoes. I also saw the bottom inside of the shoe possibly coming apart so I listed them as pre-owned. This was from a store closing and the shoes may have been sitting there for some time.
