Beautiful featherweight & floaty outer blouse. Excellent condition with no flaws. Sheer panels throughout, may require a camisole, if desired. No fabric content, feels like silk. Italian 46 is usually a US12 but this could easily fit a size 10, imo. See photos for measurements. Color is very light cream, almost white.
