Gingham one shoulder dress tunic size small

Like new condition black and white gingham one shoulder dress/tunic top. I wore it as both. I am 5’3” tall and it hit me mid thigh. The top has a ruffle detail and elastic to help keep it in place. The style of the dress is loose and flowy. Pet free smoke free home.
