🖤Gingham Pinup Sailor Dress Forever 21 Twist Sz L

Forever 21 “Twist” brand double-breasted dress with built-in crinoline, puff sleeves and matching belt. Oversized black buttons with white anchors. Wear with or without belt. Skirt snaps shut as well. Black and white gingham/checkered design. Would make a great sailor and/or pinup happiness costume. Flaws: One anchor button is missing on the very top under the collar. Belt has some discoloration, the white is slightly yellowed in a couple of spots but I don’t think it’s very noticeable.
