Very good preloved condition! Solid black, pleated with a pretty woven texture. Please see last two pictures for best color accuracy. Measurements are approximate. Waist is about 13-16 inches flat, band is stretchy. Length is about 16 inches. Hem is about 27 inches flat. Zipper is about 6 1/2 inches. Please note that this skirt contains rubber, so be aware if you have a latex allergy! ❤️
