Gilmar Circle Star Cutout Pencil Skirt

Fantastic and unique cutout pencil skirt with ribbed waistband. Hidden back zipper. Pockets 👍🏻. The waistband has some stretch but the rest of the skirt absolutely does not stretch! It’s marked as a size 36(European) Its a us Size 4 but you can’t have any hips or the pockets poke out.. Would fit a size 2 better
