Gilli brand ribbed summer dress

Slate blue - ribbed tank dress with tie wrap, size small. Only worn once. discoloration on tag not sure why (see photo) For reference I’m 5’7 and it falls about mid-shin. I pinned at cleavage and caused small loose thread (see photo) Smoke free home. OPEN TO OFFERS!!!
