Chest measurement please

@ruth1201 hi!! The dress measures 17 inches from underarm to underarm and 14 inches along the waistline. I would like to add that the blue part of the dress is made of very stretchy material! I’ve only worn twice and I was two different sizes both times. A size 12 and a 16. Love the stretch - fabric gathered nicely in the front both times
