Gills brand, textured, sleeveless, polka dot dress. Great piece to dress up or down. I wore it to work a few times and it's really comfortable and stays looking nice all day. I just don't work in an office anymore, so I am trying to whittle down my closet. Fits true to size. 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex. Comes form a non-smoking, no pet home.

jloh85 @sjeddy1 - Honestly, it would fit either. My weight has fluctuated and I have been both and never had a problem with the fit. There is a lot of stretch without any noticeable distortion in the pattern. Here are the measurements. Laying flat: Bust - 20” across Waist - 16.5” across Stretched: Bust - 23” across Waist - 20” across Hope that helps!
