rosie78sharman @arrowroot hey! It is a little stretchy, not spandex stretchy but cotton like stretch. The waist band is same material, not fitted but not stretchy if that makes sense (?) and falls low on me, under my belly (I'm 5'9") and I don't like the fit on me. I bought this new last summer, removed tags, and never wore...
