Gorgeous pair of Italian made boots. Low heel, tall shaft. Looks as if they were meant to be worn either cuff folded over knee height or cuff extended for over the knee. Could not find an online reference visual for whether they included a tie, they do stay put without it. Condition is worn with life left. Left has a couple water spots, and the beginnings of sole separation at toe (see close ups) otherwise VG with overall integrity.
