@yeshuasvdme99 you see the gold pieces on the outside of the bag that the handles are attached too ? The only suggestion I have is for you to clip the cross body strap on one of the gold pieces where the handles are attached

@yeshuasvdme99 hi Patricia, I just put them up. I circled the area where you could attach the strap to. but thereβs nothing inside the bag that could attach a Crossbody strap. I do think because the bag is canvas trim leather. Itβs probably why they donβt have a Crossbody strap. It may rip the canvas.
