gloscalzo Does this have any stretch to it? Do you know the measurements?

sam_wow @gloscalzo ive added images and added more to the description. there isnt any stretch for the top half up to where the velvet part meets the sequins. the straps are adjustable but i would make sure the waist area measurement fits bc that part has no stretch. so approx. 26"
