Gianni Bini Gray Suede Leather Heels

Pair of Gianni Bini gray leather heels. Bought new, only wore a few times, and have just been in closet for years(have a hard time letting go of shoes). When taking pictures, I noticed some of the "lining"(? not sure what to call it) on strap for heel is peeling(please see photos). I am downsizing in preparation to move.
