@jlolea: Hello! These boots have a 3 inch heel. The shaft (from the top of the boot leg to where it meets the arch on the sole) is approximately 15 and 1/4 inches.

@jlolea: The circumference at the top is approximately 15 and 1/4 inches. The circumference nearer the middle is approximately 14 and 1/4 inches.

@jlolea Note: There is an elastic notch in the shape of a "V" at the top of these boots. This allows expansion to the circumference there giving these boots a more comfortable fit around the leg.
