Everything is metal. Good quality! Minor scratch marks on the ghosts, but it seems maybe on purpose? Like an attempt at rustic? Not sure so I'm mentioning just in case. Candle holders themselves have very minor proof of use. Early 2000s Vintage - either true Y2K vintage or closer to 2010-2015. I couldn't find another one like it - unique item!
