German Military Field Jacket all buttons are here, some possible paint on right elbow patch and shoulder, white spots on lower back of jacket, and loose seam left elbow patch,looks to be small men size. darkem72 Hi, on the inside of the collar in the center is a tiny white tag that will have a number on it in red. That will say what actual size it is. When you get a chance to take a look. Thanks :)

darkem72 And inside the inner left chest pocket will be a white tag. With something like 180/190-90 or close to it....that is even more specific. Thanks again.

franceavegrl @darkem72 Center tag is 16 and I have added a picture of the inside tag with all the specs on the jacket. Let me know if more information is needed.

darkem72 The 182 is for height in cm (6ft-lrg). The 92 is for chest(med). Never seen a sleeve size but the 66 (26") has to be for that. The little red 16 refers to the largest of the large size. What a bizarre tag! Guess is this was custom made for a quite skinny 6ft tall guy with long arms for back in the day. All tags ive ever seen show 2 numbers for height range and one for chest like 180-190/95. Never seen one with only one height number and a sleeve?

darkem72 Im probably one of the few people on this planet that still wear this stuff regularly. Do alot of hiking up in the mountains where i live and this stuff holds up really well. Sorry for such long replies... :). Going to think about it. It might just fit me. Other tops i have are 180/190 with 24" sleeves and 95 chests that fit perfect. Thank you for all of your time!!

franceavegrl @darkem72 Take your time. It was my dad's who passed and my daughter wore it a few times. If you want some flat measurements across the chest and down the arms I can measure them tonight. Will also drop the price to $30.00 for you.

darkem72 My stepdad passed 2 wks ago. They just did a full honors military service for him yesterday in Riverside,CA. Many of those good ole dudes didnt share much of what they went through. Im sorry to hear about your fathers passing. The FOWA on the tag i've never seen before either. Its always a long German companys name. Perhaps your dad was quite special for the German army! If you get the time to do those measurements that would be great and for $30 i will do it if it fits. Thank you so much :)
