German Johann Gunter Large Hand Carved Candle

Very detailed large candle from Germany. The scene featured on the candle is a Brauhaus Hofbrau beer wagon with horses, cathedrals and HB kegs around the top perimeter. A work of art. The candle is in good vintage condition with some slight wear so check Pics to make sure you see all the details. The candle has a wax topper with wick, that can be lifted off to reveal a cylindrical open area on the inside of the candle, where a plastic tube with spring and platform fit inside. We are unfamiliar with this mechanism. It appears that there had been a tea light candle lit on top of this, so that the actual candle does not burn and melt. Not in mint condition. The candle is heavy and weighs over 5 pounds. It is marked with a sticker on the bottom: Johann Gunter.
