angeliqued1971 this is not a bracelet. it is a MEN'S TIE CHAIN. The horseshoe sits on a button about in the middle of the dress shirt and then you pull the tie through the chain in order to keep from having your tie ending up everywhere other than laying down the front of your shirt where it should be.
