Georgina Chapman rose ruffles one shoulder dress

Reposhing this item. Unfortunately I didn't get to wear it. I'm 5'9" the dress was a little too short for my comfort. Fit great otherwise, I would have worn for weddings, dances, Valentine's, etc... Questions? Leave a comment below!
