Georgia bulldog shirt with bling

This is a Georgia bulldog shirt that is still in great condition. Maker is P. Michael. Tag on the inside says extra large, but honestly, it looks smaller than an extra large to me. Has some bling on it as you can tell by the pictures. Ptp 21 stretches to 22 1/2.
