leclairegirl @gmlk705 in my opinion they are not heavy for working boots. “Boot barn” store have similar boots right now, same brand, for $250. My husband wore it once, so this shoes like new for a fraction of price. This boots are great quality but they wide, so my husband said it’s too much room in a foot bed.

gmlk705 @leclairegirl thank you, the wide width will probably be an issue for my husband as well. Was curious about the weight to compare with the ones we are trying to replace. The steel toe requirement for work makes most boots heavy. Need less that 7lbs. Thanks!

gmlk705 @leclairegirl my husband usually does wear a heavier sock. So if you ever weigh the boots Please let me know if they are lighter weight than 7 lbs we would still be interested. My husband is a lineman and the heavier boots are harder now on is almost 60 year old knees. Enjoy your day:)
