__rachel @hjb818 Hi! So sorry for my belated reply! I couldn't find my measuring tape at home but was able to measure it at work. The waistband measures at 12" flat (it's elastic, so it stretches). I measured the bust from pit to pit, and it measures at about 19" across. Unfortunately, I found a minor stain at the skirt part of the dress :( I've just blotted it now with a damp cloth and will let you know if it comes out.

__rachel @hjb818 Hi Heather! Unfortunately, the stain didn't come out with light blotting—it's 100% silk, so it will need professional cleaning. I'll upload a photo for you once I get home, but I'd definitely feel more comfortable getting it dry cleaned before having someone buy it first! Sorry for the inconvenience!
