Genuine vintage polka dot midi dress

Brand is three r’s probably 60s/70s maybe 80s has two large pockets in the front full zip. Size on the tag says 18 1/2 but I would say this fits like a 10/12 modern. Please take that into account if purchasing. I’m going to tag it as a L. So fun!
