Genuine Leather Fringe Mini Wrap Skirt. This is beautiful and thick. It has several choices to “wrap to fit”. There is a very small hole on the top front. Please see pictures. It could be mended easily. This is very versatile- it could be used for bohemian, Native American, or hippie styles. Length is 15”. Hip to hip laying flat is 14” but can be adjusted within an inch either way and the hip to hip measurement when wrapped is 17 1/2”. Again, this would adjust a little depending on how tight or lose it is tied. D
