@tracietaylor I can measure this evening. I’m not sure why the tape is on the hem, I purchased these from another seller and that’s how they were when I purchased :)

@tracietaylor I am so sorry for the delay! The inseam is 29.5”. It seems that the tape was put on by the previous owner to “hem” them up, as the original inseam was 31”. They could be let down to that length, but unfortunately the tape has damaged the leather on the under side a bit, so some of that would show if they were to be let down
