The front opens up to a comfortable double lapel but then folds over and zips for pure wind protection ( includes top and bottom snap) The short body keeps it out of your way on the seat and there's a belt with multiple loops to create a perfect wind-proof fit. The long sleeves have a strong snap cuff. There are two angled secure zip pockets on the front. The V-shaped front panel gives it a slimming effect without sacrificing the safety and function.
