jaqnyc @posher411 17" across the shoulders. While size 44 is typical a 12 in US, this Italian couture and I'd say it fits more like a size 8 in US. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

kbcollection What is the length from the collar down the back to the hem? Also, what is the measurement at the waist?
