Genuine Amethyst Heart Ring in 14 k Yellow Gold Bonded to Sterling Silver (Stamped 925). This ring is a good size, the stones are vibrantly purple amethyst and are set nicely in a checkerboard pattern. I've owned numerous rings from the company they were purchased from that I've had for 30 years and the gold looks no different today than it does from my solid gold pieces.

hopesgems @dbear87 This is actually Technibond. . It is gold bonded to silver. Some manufacturers call that plating, but some plating is done very poorly. Technibond has a special process of bonding multiple layers of gold onto silver. I’m pretty sure they use 18k gold, even though I wrote 14k, because I wasn’t 100% positive. As I said in my description, I have technibond pieces that are 30 years old and they look brand new. Technibond also only uses Genuine Gemstones rather than Lab created.
