rockcandy4u @visiblesoul I've been ok. Daisey Mae (my baby girl) passed away yesterday afternoon and I'm a tiny bit of a wreck. she got sick 2 weeks ago. Kahlua passed this time last year. no more pups. My heart is shattered right now. I hope you've been better.

I watched my brother go through losing his rabbit and as much as I’ve wanted bunnies I couldn’t face that prospect.💕I kinda disappeared from here after a stroke in 2019 and husband hospitalized for months at same time so can’t say things have been A Okay here either.

rockcandy4u @visiblesoul oh goodness, I'm so sorry about your stroke. I remember your hubby wasn't doing so well. Most of us had a hard 3 years with Covid, Lost my mom in 2019, job losses, costs rising.. So we just kinda minimalized. Now, Mama Pat is in surgery today for oral cancer. I may end up in Vegas for awhile taking care of her. I'll know more by next week. She turns 80 on May 11th.

Smart, Funny, Loyal, Loving and she just got sick so fast. 1 week in the hospital did nothing but cost 4000.00. 1 week at home and she spiraled downward. I held her when she took her last breath and lay still in my arms. Now I wander the house...its so very quiet.
