This gently used Boss 1096 hat by Akubra, the Australian hat maker, is not making any compromise. Made exclusively for Outback Trading Company and both durable enough for hard labor and luxurious enough for the fanciest events, this western hat is it! This vintage Boss hat features a telescope crown, but without the ventilation eyelet on either side, found on the newest version. It is decorated with a brass studded leather band for a bold yet classy look. Inside, it features a soft satin liner and a leather sweatband for optimal comfort and fit. Its wide, curled brim slopes downwards in the front and back to provide cover from rain and snow, and to improve UV protection. The Akubra The Boss hat is unisex.
