Genuine 80s Hand Made Leopard Print Off Shoulder Bat Wing 3/4 Sleeve Top

This top is interesting, because it is a cat print from the 80s... but it is kind of small, and it doesn't stretch. The colors are black and green on tan. I would guess that it is an XS, and since the hips are only about 34" around, you'd need to be able to get it over your upper body! The cuffs of the sleeves are not very wide, so small arms is a must. It is batwing style, so it's hard to measure, but I put approximates. It is very cute, with a flounce around the shoulders! The off shoulder circumference measures 30", so this would probably be one thing to go by for size.
