Gently worn, like new Nike Up Tempo’s

I brought the shoes for my son last Christmas and he’s worn them 3 times max over the past year. The shoes don’t have an creases or major damage it stains. The elastic band on the top right shoe is broken but it doesn’t impact the functionality of the shoe..so you could sew it back to the other side or cut it off. Other than that the shoes are in gray shape. I don’t have the box for the shoes. Can purchase these for women, men or youth.
