This is a cute beach dress from Lilly Pulitzer. It has mermaids on it and pink tassels that tie in the back. I’m great condition! Measurements: 38 1/2” from top strap to bottom of dress 27” from armhole to bottom of dress It is a swing bottom so it flares out from the top. More A-line. The width of the bottom from seam to seam is 31 1/2” across the bottom. The material has some stretch to it also.
