It has a black velvet animal strip contrast with black mesh. The sleeves are more a of a soft t-shirt material. On both sides there are gems down the side and they are all there without any I can see in danger of coming off. The style is fitted enough to be figure flattering but long enough to be a tunic length. It is a very flattering top. I loved pairing it with my fave jeans.
