The IPod as completely been wiped but you can start or put your Apple ID on it and you can put music on it or if you have an existing Apple ID you can sign in and all your Apple Music will be on there. There is no music on it but music can be put on it either way, up to 8gb. If you have any more question feel free to ask anytime. Stay safe

elievamarie @kylieo10556 Hello! Thank you for communicating with me. Yes you can exclude the case from the iPod if you would like. The lowest I am willing to go would be around $65-$35 dollars. I do have a charger that comes with it that will be free but if you have one let me know. The case can come free with it too if you would like because I know with the world right now kids birthdays mean a lot. Please stay safe 🌸
