rainbowcrash333 @jferreri the pads under the keys and the cork. the cork is in mouth piece. if you un screw the top cap off, push the cork out from bottom of mouth piece using the long cleaning tool, and pop it out from top. the cork will be attached to a metal brace and helps control tone. key pads should be clean and regular indents underneath. i ask, because key pads cost over $500 to replace and I want to make sure they are in good condition. thank you.
